1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Bizora Tech website (bizoratech.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using Bizora Tech's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Provision of Services

Bizora Tech provides digital marketing, web development, and AI automation services. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bizora Tech and its licensors. For client projects:

• Upon full and final payment, the Client shall own the final deliverables as specified in their SOW.
• Bizora Tech retains ownership of any pre-existing code, tools, methodologies, and general knowledge used to create the deliverables.
• Client grants Bizora Tech a non-exclusive license to display deliverables in our portfolio for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment and Billing

Fees for services are as set forth in the applicable SOW. Unless otherwise specified:

• An initial deposit is typically required before work commences.
• Invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date.
• Late payments may result in the suspension of services or delayed project timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bizora Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted in a court in Surat, Gujarat. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts.
